Use a poster of a frog or draw or have drawn a picture of a frog and then print off several lip images like the one below. This game then proceeds just like pin the tail on the donkey. Blindfold each girl in turn, give them their kiss with tape on the back, spin them a little and see who can get the kiss closest to the frog.
